my tita Vilma came to visit us at our house.
my family went to church (i slept during the Mass. shh! i couldn't help it. i was damn tired)
then we went to Orchard (again) to eat Filipino food.
tita Vilma chatted with my mom and dad. you know, adult talk (some more in Tagalog) and i was yawning, plugged in my earphones and slept, in a restaurant! OMG.
then went to Bebe again. my mom spent an hour picking a Bebe bag to buy and a shirt to go with it.
my brother was whining "WHY TAKE SO LONG?? URGH."
me (helpfully): girls are like that. shopping takes forever.
my brother gives me a scowl xD
this is the Bebe bag my mom bought (which i selected for her. seriously. i wonder how pei shan and mom can survive shopping without me, as a trusted consultant xD)
bloody gorgeous, isn't it? i love the leather and gold keychains!!
my mom gave me her Louis Vuitton! really! now i have a new bag! xD
but there's a catch. she said no more buying bags (and not to mention clothes, for me. boo hoo) coz i spent a lot...

went to the airport to meet pei shan to welcome back the ocip people back from cambodia.
i was flaunting my new shirt and Louis Vuitton :D
i grabbed lunch. then pei shan was shrieking at me, on the phone, that cuthbert arrived already. early.
so i had to bolt down my lunch. i can't even chew to savour the moment in every bite. NOOO. i had to force it down my throat, because we were late.
i haven't even set down my cutlery when i was done eating, she snatched up her bag "LET'S GO!"
it's not even like we're meeting Ashton Kutcher or anything.
walked briskly to the skytrain to terminal 2.
saw a horde of temasekians at the arrival hall. saw samantha, syahida, yong han and timothy!
cuth was there with jhia hao and joel (both arguing. as usual)
it was weird; unfamiliar atmosphere. it's like your friend went to Mars and came back a century later. never been around cuth for so long, then.
its Miss lim's birthday and she's got this yummy cake! but i was still full (no thanks to ps) so i stayed away from the unnecessary fats.
after that, went to tm with ps to shop (her, not me)
i helped her pick out nice black ballet flats and yummy pink sunglasses!
i love this. shopping with a buddy as a personal shopping assistant.
me: i dunno how you go shopping without me..
ps: i don't. don't you notice i NEVER go shopping without you?

went out to eat at Swensens to celebrate my dad's birthday.
i don't really like Swensens. only the ice cream T.T
i could have suggested Fish and Co instead!! :(
i borrowed 5 romance novels from the library.
since, because of the bet, i can't have a BF, might as well fantasize for one, innit?

ok, get this. it's law school. form a study group with a bunch of newly made friends and BAM! you get unstable and dirty romance.
you've got best friends falling for best friends- there's plenty of making out, sleeping with, kissing, cheating, flirting and match-making.
add on a sadistic professor so intent on failing you for every exam just because he really hates you. and plus, you've got this gay boss who wants to shop everytime he's supposed to work.
mayhem, right? well, that's Kate's law school life.
i love it. there's romantic parts, funny parts and sad parts.
reading it, God, it must be really hard to handle long distance BF while crushing on your best friend who's a gorgeous, smart-ass, player, sadly.
