CLEAR YOUR CABINET/CLOSET, which i did, naturally.
i never knew my closet was so stuffed with unwanted things.
i dug up old CDs, handbags, scribbled notes, plastic bags, toys, necklaces, old wallets, severely vandalised storybooks, files and a bottle of perfume...
don't ask how it got there.
it took 3 whole plastic bags to hold all my rubbish.
i even threw away the UNO deck cards from GWFC.
muhaha.
SATURDAY; 14 JUN
had my guitar lesson. teacher gave us an assignment to do.
so i need to practice. time to dig up my dad's old guitar in the storeroom (:
SUNDAY; 15 JUN
was awoken (at 11 am plus in the morning) to my mom's chants "let's go shopping!"
she was on an exceptionally good mood that day.
went to T3 airport for lunch. i saw the Cheezel mascot at NTUC!!
or, whatever it's called T.T
then went to SengKang square to shop! before that, i was actually dozing off in the bus (cuth says i can sleep anywhere- in class, in the bus, in trains and even in taxis- am i seriously a pig or something? >.<)
i felt so tired- too tired to shop- that is, until i saw shops and suddenly, energy started pumping in me and i dragged my sister to every clothing store!
i was fully wide awake. i think i have issues with shopping! i like, get intoxicated.
hang ten tee: $39
77th street tee: $22.90
and i finally bought my dream bag- at Fashion Lab. $39 slashed off 50%!!
that's only $19.50. omg i'm so lucky i got the bag, you know.
and the escalators in Seng Kang are cute- they have yellow footprints on them!
HEEHEE. i'm so random.
then after that, travelled to tm for my sis's haircut. and dinner.
and guess who i met? LIEW YUNG.
haha. i saw him walking on the street towards tm when i was in the bus.
while my sis was getting her haircut, my mom accomanied me to the cinema to book tickets in advance to watch kungfu panda.
then ly called me.
ly: look to your left.
i looked left- saw a group of teenagers playing in the arcade.
ly: to your left!
me: yes, i'm looking!!
pause.
ly: i mean, look to your right.
i looked right. i can't see him.
me: oh i see you!
he was in ajisen and i was outside the cinema, so we were separated through the glass.
ly (laughs): hi.
me: hi.
apparently he was having a father's day dinner. in ajisen. my favoutite restaurant.
sadly, my dad's in philippines on business. so yeah, no father's day dinner :(
ly: you...watching any movie?
me: yeah. kung fu panda.
LOL his parents were there too. they were looking at me. i just smiled helplessly.
then i put down the phone. but he just looked at me through the glass.
my mum: who's he?
great. she's not the only one scrutinising people.
me: my senior.
my mum: in drama?
me: yea. (adds helpfully) he plays the guitar- he's in a band.
my mum: OH.
really. she gets curious when i meet my friends at the mall.
went to yoshinoya to eat. i had to buy Mos chicken takeaway for my bro.
the guy behind the counter was so funny! he was urging customers to buy a certain burger because its on promotion.
guy: ma'am would you like to buy this burger? (points at sign)
guy's friend working in MOS (also): its nice. we like it!
hahaha. i had to bite my lip to stifle my giggle.
went home and watched 'The Seeker: the dark is rising' on DVD.
and i've made up my mind. in my lifetime, i want to:-
1. be a pro on guitar- needs practice.
2. learn to ski and ice skate- coz i'm going canada.
3. take up horseback riding- coz it's freaking cool.
plus, i love horses. and because after reading 3 historical romance novels in a row, where manly guys rode on horses (women do too), i am in serious need to ride a horse.
it'll be like an adventure! (:
