xu tuo called me yesterday.
"where are you? do you know there's CCA?"
me: "yes...but i have...cramps...and i need to go to the doctor for a check up...i'm on the bus going home..."
xu tuo: "HAH?? the rest leh?"
me: "i dunno, they left..."
xu tuo: "before or after you?"
me: "before. i think they've all gone home now..."
xu tuo *sighs*: "nevermind. send them an sms that there's CCA."
me: "but they've all gone!"
xu tuo: "just do it."
truth is, i was out drinking bubble tea with grace.
BUT. i'm not lying. my mum really said that i needed to go for a doctor checkup. so technically, it's not the truth, but it's not a lie either.
me and grace talked about shopping, sleepovers, makeovers. you know, girl stuff.
and i badly want to go shopping again. i love shopping. i fell back in love with it all over again. and i need new clothes! :)
after that, we walked back to the school bus stop and to my horror, i saw xu tuo walking in our direction, head down.
"shit!!" i hissed, i tried to grab grace, to hide, to run away, to get away from xu tuo, far far away but on instinct, xu tuo's head snapped back up, he saw me, and he grinned evilly at me.
caught in the act of lying.
xu tuo: "so....i thought you said you went home to see the doctor?"
he gave me a haha-i-caught-you-now-you-are-so-dead kind of look.
me: "i went back to school." i said lamely.
xu tuo: "really? why?"
me: "because....because...."
i wanted to say to clear my locker but i blurted out...
me: "because i miss you. i wanna see you. i miss you so much, it hurts!"
i batted my eyelashes innocently and smiled sweetly at him.
once upon a time, xu tuo would be happy if i actually flirted with him *mimes vomitting* but yesterday, he wasn't.
xu tuo *rolles eyes* :"don't lie, pauline."
HEY! i am trying to wriggle my way out of my lie, but failed. miserably.
i always get away with things. that's because i'm such an accomplished actress. i'm so good. until today i got caught.
that's one of the rare times, people. i need to work harder on my acting skills.
xu tuo let me off the hook and grace kept laughing, saying i was jinxed.
maybe i am.

me, kx and wy analysed the lit poem. "The Sick Rose" by william blake, if i'm not wrong. i forgot.
HO! what do you know? it's really horny. about sex.
i initially thought it was about death taking after sickness, but ms rajah intepreted the first few verses.
i didn't know that! whoa.
i want to type the poem out to let you readers see it for yourself (no, i'm not horny) but i don't have it with me.
me: so...what does 'storm' mean?
kx: maybe...action!

me: ok so the storm would mean...passionate love making....
wy: yes, the sex...
kx laughed.
me: is it me or is lit really interesting?

wy: haha. while geog students are learning about...trees...
me: boring...
wy: ours is interesting!
me: yeah! intepreting something which is not what it seems...
that's why i like lit. you have to read between the lines. guess the hidden meaning. like...finding clues for treasure hunting.
i don't want facts like geog...
me: ok "the invisible worm flies into the night" i think that would mean that the man cannot control his sexual desires, he does it immediately? with the woman?
wy: swift, fast movements.
kx laughed.
kx: crimson joy?
me: definitely virgin blood...
wy: the joy?
me: the joy from the man being the first to intrude the woman's body...since she is a virgin
wy: she was untouched, yes.
kx: and "thus thy life destroys"?
me: he takes her innocence. destroys...
wy *finishes*: takes away her virginity.
me: yep.
WE ARE NOT HORNY. but that lesson was interesting. because when i first read it, i thought it wasn't about sex, ok. nothing i expected. (see wen ya's blog)
i let cuth, pc and grace read it. grace got it right the first time.
grace: let me guess. it's about sex?

i am not 61 kg. neither am i 165cm.
the slip had typo error. i told mr yong.
mr yong: "HAH?? pauline! wow! 61 kg! you so fat!"
really. coming from my form teacher...
me: "no no no. i am 50kg. this is obviously very wrong. you have to correct it."
mr yong: "this slip is for your future. in a few years time, you will be 61 kg!!"
he is obviously enjoying it. teasing me. he was laughing!
everyone was. i laughed too.
silly error. i mean, it's not embarrassing, or anything.
and, for the record, i will not become 61 kg!
currently, i am exercising to tone up my body for the holidays.
you know, have a great body for great clothes and you'll feel great.
if you're healthy, you're happy. simple.

i watched Iron Man with my sis last night.
i totally understand why joseph likes it so much.
IRON MAN ROCKS!!! despite my girlfriends telling me that it sucks, no! it does not.
reasons why i love Iron Man
1. explosions. weapons. 'nuff said.
2. Tony Stark's blunt, charming remarks. (he just says a few words and he managed to get the Vanity Fair reporter in his bed, like whoa.)
3. basement laboratory.
4. the funny robot which always extinguishes when there is no fire.
5. the fact that super science geniuses are cool and rich just like hollywood celebs. like, Tony Stark goes to gala events too. in a limo.
6. Tony Stark is smart as well as smoking hot. i mean, his biceps are so...
7. the trial and error in building Iron Man. his 10% thrust let him fly and he hit the wall. on his head, OUCH!
8. the fact that Pepper and Tony love each other.
Tony: "you know, every superhero has a girlfriend who knows their secret identites. and she always worries about his safety, but, at the same time, she is proud for him for being who he is...which makes her more crazy for him" Tony tells Pepper.something like that.
i want a superhero boyfriend too! haha.
